Cammell Laird welcomes Isle of Man delegation

Cammell Laird welcomed a delegation from the Isle of Man this week.

Isle of Man Government ministers The Hon Howard Quayle and Hon Raymond Harmer took part in the visit with local trade body Mersey Maritime and its CEO Chris Shirling Rooke.

Cammell Laird COO Tony Graham welcomed the delegation who were given a tour of the site with John Barnard and Andy Askham on the Cammell Laird team.  Tony said the ministers were keen to see the shipyard that repairs the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company vessels, which is a long standing customer of Cammell Laird. The Ministers tour included visiting the RRS Sir David Attenborough polar ship.
